McNairs Scholars Program

The McNair Scholars Program is designed for high-ability students and seeks to increase the participation of minority males in science and engineering careers. Participants in the program attend Morehouse College for three years, and Georgia Institute of Technology for two years. In addition, they engage in summer research experiences at MSFC and other NASA centers. The students receive scholarships toward the cost of their room, board, tuition, books and fees, and round-trip travel expenses from Morehouse College to the NASA centers.

Students who are majoring in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, physics, or mathematics will be considered.
